No prior experience is required. We provide paid training to ensure you’re confident and prepared from day one.
Position Overview
As a Trash Valet, you’ll collect bagged trash directly from residents’ doorsteps and transport it to designated trash areas within apartment communities. This role offers steady hours, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow within a fast-expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
Door-to-door collection of bagged trash within assigned communities
Transport trash to designated on-site disposal areas
Work up to 5 nights per week (Sunday–Thursday)
Evening shifts typically start between 7:00–8:00 PM and end between 10:00–11:00 PM
Part-time schedule averaging 10–15+ hours per week
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout each route
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay
Opportunity to earn up to $25 per hour
Premium pay available for those with pickup trucks or trailers (not required)

Must be 18 years or older
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Smartphone with data plan required
Valid driver’s license preferred
